I am a visionary at the cross section of the future of work and technology. I believe that we are living in a revolutionary time where AI/GenAI will redefine how we work, create, and live. It’s a perfect time to be an innovator and disruptor, which is exactly how I would describe myself. I am a voracious learner, never satisfied by the status quo, and passionate about driving innovations that change the world.
I am equally passionate about family, and I am blessed with an amazing husband and four beautiful children who keep me busy and curious about the future they will have the opportunity to create.
I have led a “jungle gym career” and followed my passions and interests. Although I spent more than 13 years as a global Chief Human Resources Officer in the Silicon Valley, so much of what drove me was finding ways to do things differently or better. As people, we should not be defined by our current role, but valued for the myriad of skills and life experiences that make us unique and highly differentiated. It is that thinking that led me to develop software to help make work better for people and for organizations to extract significant value from a rich diversity of their “talent gold.”
